Terms of Use:
As a premium stock purchaser, you may use this stock in your artwork created for sale (i.e. commercial use is OK). Absolutely no scrapbook related use (kits, layouts, etc). NOT FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION AND NOT FOR RE-SALE AS IS. If you want to feature it anywhere (blogs, tumblr, pinterest, etc) you need to link them back to their original page in DA.
Credits are not required on purchased stocks, however, if you post your work to DA, I would still love to see how my stock is used.
